At O’Connell Electric Company, we bring precision, innovation, and craftsmanship to every project—especially those that define regional landmarks. One of our most dynamic ventures in the hospitality and entertainment sector was the complete electrical buildout for the Del Lago Resort & Casino in Tyre, Seneca County, NY.
This world-class gaming and entertainment destination spans over 200,000 square feet and features 2,000 slot machines, 75 table games, a ten-table poker room, and multiple high-end dining and lounge venues. O’Connell Electric was entrusted with the full electrical construction of all bar and restaurant branch power and lighting systems, including food service equipment hookups.
Our Construction Division also installed complex raceway systems for beverage conduit infrastructure—utilizing six-inch PVC under slab and aluminum tray systems above ground. Meanwhile, our Temperature Control Division implemented Siemens’ complete building management system, ensuring optimal environmental control throughout the facility.
This project demanded extensive BIM coordination, expertly managed by our Construction Services Division. From underground conduit to the installation of elegant lighting fixtures, our work helped bring the resort’s luxurious vision to life. The Del Lago project not only showcased our technical capabilities but also our ability to collaborate across divisions and deliver on a fast-paced, high-profile schedule.
