We currently employ over 800 people across the Northeast Region consisting of IBEW union electricians, project management staff administrative, and support staff. We provide continuing education and training to our workforce in combination with the various IBEW unions to ensure our employees are current on the latest codes/regulations, safety standards, tooling and work techniques.
Our project management staff assesses each project individually to ensure projects are staffed with the proper leadership and experience. Given our size and diversity we are also able to pull resources from groups that are slow and assign to another group that might be short on resources.
